Since the new search was implemented, many of us are finding searching for assets produces 0 results, even though the asset is in there. We have to go to Asset Explorer, and search from there, then we find it. Also, this issue is very intermittent. One asset several of us couldn’t find yesterday works today. Is anyone else having this issue?

That is an interesting use case. Did you submit a support ticket for this issue? If not, I would suggest you do. 

 


I figured because the new search was a new feature, there might be initial issues. I wanted to see if anyone else was having the same issue, while giving feedback that sometimes it doesn’t work. I haven’t heard of any problems today or yesterday from anyone in our district. If it gets worse, I’ll submit a ticket.
