OrgUnitPath Translation Map Not Working

I have the following mapping set up for IQ. When I run a full sync, it doesn’t seem to move chromebooks to where they need to go in Google Admin. Is there something that I am missing?

 

I do have locations mapped. Could this be causing the issue?
