Is there a way to have the payment date show on the invoice that is generated from IncidentIQ?

@TechDavis Good morning! Currently, the only aspect of Fee Tracker statements that can be customized is the text in the emails sent out. The PDF invoices, however, do not offer any customization options.

 


I use the PDF generated invoices but then watermark them from Adobe with out payment information, add a picture of the damaged device, then upload the edited PDF to the ticket. 

I was looking for a way to not need to also add the date in Adobe but was confused why there is a payment date option in the invoice fields but it doesn't show up on the actual invoice generated.


@TechDavis That's a good question! I’m not entirely sure why this is the case either, but I can follow up with our product team to see if they're able to provide more information on it.
