Return Specialist Permissions

We have a large inventory of Student items and a “Return Specialist” that help with contacting parents/students to get assets returned.

The Returns Specialist is not an Agent.

But what Policy/Permissions can I apply to this person so they can see the status of Student assets?

Once the new permissions go live, this will be much easier. For now, I would suggest adjusting their role to the agent and then restricting what they are able to see.

This is the permission they will need to be able to see the asset list and the details. I hope this helps.
