Searching by previous serial number/asset tag?

Hi everyone! We have a small number of devices that we think have had their asset tag and/or serial number changed in Incident IQ. Is there any way that we can find those devices by the old asset tag or serial number, the same way we can for Previous Owner? If using the API is necessary, I’m happy to do it that way, but I’m not sure I can see a straightforward way even with the API.

Thanks for any help!

Hi @Kathryn Carter and @mprins I think that being able to isolate the changed date would be helpful, but our team should be able to identify the previous serial numbers for you on the backend ;). What district are you with? I’d love to connect you with your CSM.

@mprins Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

I thought we could use the asset changed filter, but we can only filter change by Status type, location, owner, and storage location.

Do you know how the tag number was changed or even the date? We may be able to filter by the last updated date!

Our team might be able to pull that for you if you submit a ticket to support but I have no guarantees.

Actually, with the hint of looking at the changed date, I was able to find the devices myself -- thanks for the idea!
