Spare Pool Issue

I entered about 15 devices in a spare pool. The spare pool tab says I have 2 devices and when i click the tab it shows 15 devices. Any suggestions how to correct this issue with the spare pool?

@DHill 5633177 randolph It should never take that long for it to display. The update should be pretty much immediate. If this continues to happen, I would submit a ticket to our Support Team so they can investigate it further.

Good Morning ​@DHill 5633177 randolph Thank you for your question! To clarify, what is the issue you are specifically referring to? This is what I see on my end. You have 15 total devices. 2 in the Office Cart and 2 in the Testing Cart.

In RCMS Office Cart on the tab it shows 2 and then when you click on the tab it shows 13 in the spare pool. The tab seems inaccurate. I’m a new user for Spare Pools.

Hi ​@DHill 5633177 randolph ! No problem. The ‘All’ Tab is a total count of your Spares in the created pools. Are you supposed to have 15 in the Testing Cart alone? Thank you!

The Testing Cart MS tab shows 13 devices and when you click on the tab it has 2 devices listed under the tab. The RCMS Office Cart tab shows 2 devices and when you click on the tab it has 13 devices listed under the tab. What we're trying to figure out is if we put 15 devices in the RCMS Office Cart tab shouldn’t 15 be listed under the tab?

@DHill 5633177 randolph Would you be able to take a screenshot so I can see what you are seeing? When I click on ‘Testing Cart MS’ I see 13 devices under the tab.

When I click on ‘RMS Office Cart’ I see two devices under the tab.

It may also be a caching/cookies issue. If you could try to clear your cache? Please let me know!

So now its reading correctly but the process has probably taken about 2hrs for the devices in the spare pools to show the correct amount of devices. Were new to setting up the spare pools is there something we need to do to speed the process up?
