We’ve been trying to add assets to a spare pool which we’ve successfully done in the past. Now we click “Add Asset”, type in the asset tag number and select the asset at which point the screen appears to reload but the asset is not present in the pool. Is anyone else having issues with this?

  1. Have you cleared your cache?
  2. Did you refresh your page after it appears to reload?
  3. When did you first experience this? and is it a new pool? 

@Kathryn Carter I cleared my cache, tried a different browsers and refreshed the page but still did not see the asset I attempted to add. We just noticed it today and this is an existing pool. I also added another pool and tried to add to that as well with the same results.

Do you have an estimated timeline for when this fix may be implemented? 

We are experiencing the same issue and it is rather annoying to be unable to replace broken spares.

Just so your team can have an idea of how many people this is affecting, I want to say that this is also preventing me from doing key work. Thanks for the continued updates.
