We’ve been trying to add assets to a spare pool which we’ve successfully done in the past. Now we click “Add Asset”, type in the asset tag number and select the asset at which point the screen appears to reload but the asset is not present in the pool. Is anyone else having issues with this?
- Have you cleared your cache?
- Did you refresh your page after it appears to reload?
- When did you first experience this? and is it a new pool?
Any news on this issue? We have been experiencing the exact same problem the last few days.
Our team is still working on this fix, but it looks like it will be released within the next couple of bug fixes. Keep an eye on the Product Updates page for those updates! I will comment here as well once it is released. Thank you for your patience.

We are experiencing the same issue and it is rather annoying to be unable to replace broken spares.
