I’m currently setting up our district’s chromebook spare pools. I’ve created pools for all 4 of our buildings but for some reason when I attempt to move devices to the pool for our middle school I’m unable to select the pool in question. I’m only able to select an option that says “[Not In Pool]” while for the other buildings I am able to select that option or a pool called Chromebooks. I don’t see any differences in how the pools are configured.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Erich, Great question! You are correct that is not how it is intended to function. I just tested it on my end and both pools show for me under PJP (logged in as an administrator and as you). Are you still experiencing this issue?

I’m not sure what happened but when I looked back at this issue it was working for me too. Perhaps there was just a bit of a delay. If I see the issue come up again I’ll ask again but for now feel free to close this out.
