I’m currently setting up our district’s chromebook spare pools. I’ve created pools for all 4 of our buildings but for some reason when I attempt to move devices to the pool for our middle school I’m unable to select the pool in question. I’m only able to select an option that says “[Not In Pool]” while for the other buildings I am able to select that option or a pool called Chromebooks. I don’t see any differences in how the pools are configured.
Any help would be appreciated.

I’m not sure what happened but when I looked back at this issue it was working for me too. Perhaps there was just a bit of a delay. If I see the issue come up again I’ll ask again but for now feel free to close this out.

+7Hi Erich, Great question! You are correct that is not how it is intended to function. I just tested it on my end and both pools show for me under PJP (logged in as an administrator and as you). Are you still experiencing this issue?
