Is there a way in IIQ or Asset Manager to create a form stating what assets are assigned to a staff member and have them digitally sign attesting to the fact that they do have these devices assigned to them and or create a form also that they can sign off on attesting that the returned the devices apon leaving the district.

My previous district opted to update our policies to state that the tech department would meet with a new hire & provide a laptop & charger. New hires submitted tickets requesting the items once they’d finished their onboarding.
Don’t think we had anything formal for exiting staff.
