Hello, we are having an issue with syncing from Incident iiQ to Google Admin. If we move a Chromebook cart into a testing bucket in Google Admin. The following day Incident iiQ somehow will move Cart back to the original bucket in Google Admin. We needed to turn off Sync in Incident iiQ. Even if we move cart out of the room number in Incident iiQ it will revert back to the original bucket in Google. This will cause an issue when students will be testing and need to move Chromebooks to testing.

Do you have that testing OU mapped to a location within IIQ?
Do you have an asset cart I can take a look at that you’ve moved in Google Admin that has reverted back?
Thank you for your response. We were moving individual Chromebooks in Google Admin to the Test OU. The next day it would appear back to the original bucket in Google Admin. So, we turned off the Sync in Incident iiQ

Following up here, Since you are relocating those devices in iiQ but not Google Admin, your changes are reverted back each night. You have two options.
- Turn off Writeback until those devices are moved to their proper location.
- Change the device location within Google Admin until those devices are moved to their proper location.

Thank you for your response. Sorry, for the confusion. The devices are moved in Google Admin. Me move them out of the School OU into a TestNav bucket. The next day they will appear back to the School OU and out the TestNav bucket. So, by turning off that sync within Incident iiQ. When moving devices in Goggle Admin to TestNav they will remain there. So, we are trying to see if they can be moved in Google Admin without disabling the Sync/Path in iiQ.
