I have a bunch of desktops I want to track; I am looking for a way to setup an automatic ticket on a desktop that hasn’t been used in 30 days. I am almost certain it can be done I just think of the process or where to start. I was thinking ticket templates but then thought maybe rules. So, any guidance on this would be great or perhaps a different process all together.

Thanks,

Jeffrey

How are you tracking the usage? Are you using Audit manager?

The closest I’ve gotten is a rule that would run on a schedule & could notify a user. I’m not super familiar with ticket templates & such, so not sure how/if they could be used here. I’m gonna ponder a bit and see if I come up with anything...

@jjmill9299 Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

As @AMeyer Greendale Schools asked about, Audit Manager I believe it going to be your best bet here. Can you access or set up automatic verifications? Devices that have not logged into for over a month can fail verification and then you can create a view to see that.
