HI,
I am wondering if there is a way to look at previous tickets for a certain asset? I have been digging around and have yet to find out if that is an option. Does anyone know if that is a thing or if it will be?
I am needing to pull a report of all tickets created for a couple assets.

If you can pull up each asset, it is very simple to pull the tickets associated with the asset. Once you click on their profile, you are going to click under the photo on “total tickets”. It will then pull a report of all the tickets associated with the device. You can sort by open, closed or all tickets!
