So we just verified an asset but we are confused with all of the different times being reported.

The history shows when it was “updated” as 3:02 PM but then states it was verified at 9:02 PM and if we go into the asset info it says 8:02 PM. Can our instance timezone be set properly by us or do we just need to look at the first timeline date (in gray not blue)? Thanks

I can get that updated to CST. Please let me know if you would like for me to get that updated to CST.

Can we change our timezone in the Dashboard? We are in Arizona and so all ticket times are currenlty one hour ahead.


@MRiley 9201eb5 AFUHSD I have updated your time zone! Please let us know when this needs to be reverted back to Daylight savings time.
