Calling All Facilities and Event Management Team Members!!

We all love Idea Exchange around here, but what if you had the opportunity to speak directly to an iiQ Product team member? Well, now you can! You want your voice to be heard, and we want to listen. The Incident IQ Facilities and Events Product Owners are opening their calendars to you.

We are looking for more insight regarding your workflows and day-to-day business:

Asset mapping - the ability to plot assets on a 2D blueprint or floor plan to easily track assets’ locations and find them throughout your facilities
Preventative maintenance schedules and work calendar - added customization around building out PM schedules and visualizing any upcoming work on a calendar view
Asset cost analysis - calculating historical asset parts/labor costs and asset depreciation to better plan for when to replace certain assets
Labor schedules - defining technicians’ expected work schedule/hours to automatically determine the type of labor, whether it was accurately classified (e.g., standard vs. overtime), and alert for any approvals
Building automation - integrating with building automation systems (BAS) to remotely enable/disable systems such as HVAC for off-hour events and automatically track any abnormal behavior

I have been looking for a way to have a calendar for tickets to be tied to my google claendar. If IIQ had a calendar that was part of our district B&G operations calendar we could better communicate with B&G staff as to when we planned to do tasks and repairs. Having it as it’s own calendar and not art of my claendar other staff could subscribe to the calendar and watch the informaiton if they chose to.

This would also help to know when other staff are planning to work on projects should help be needed by others when scheduling projects.

I could also invision tickets that are reaccuring could be seen on the calendar in advance and help manage my staffs schedules better to come plete tasks on time and not over boook their work load.
