Would you like to see a report with the list of users who have not signed or accepted a policy that you have previously sent out?

You can create a custom view using the filters for the Policy Manager app. Easy way to see which users have accepted or declined a policy.

You can also add a column within a Custom View that includes the user’s status of a Policy.

Select the Columns tab in the View Designer of your Custom View. Here, you can add, delete, and/or change the order of columns.

To add a column that includes the status of a Policy:

  1. Expand the dropdown box under Add Column

  2. Scroll down to the App: Policy Manager section and find the title of your Policy.

  3. Select the Status option.

  4. Select Save when you are finished customizing your Columns.
