In Events Reporting
On the building use report is there anything that can be done to display the missing information ?  (example below shows +2 more).    We need to print this information for evening custodians who don’t have IIQ access and need these details on their nightly task reports.

Where are you looking for this information? Could you guide me from the dashboard on how to get to that spot on your site? 


Events and then → Upcoming events.

 


@jhandler When you go to export the events, all of the dates of those events will populate. You can filter by different dates and who owns them all! I hope this helps 😄

 


Though this does work, it was not easy for our team to use.   Because it comes down as a CSV in order to print it they need to adjust columns and page layouts each time making it difficult for less tech savy staff to do.   Is there no way to make a printed report generate and be able able to print directly showing all the rooms expaneded?


@jhandler At this time, the only exportable report would be the way I described above.
