@jclark We are having similar issues, where it happened constantly and now the behavior is that the sync will take over 12hrs and when we check in between it will say that it failed with the same problem you described, but when I check the next day it will say that it was a success. Our JAMF instance is on premise. Have you guys figured out or discover the underline issue?
We implemented IIQ during the summer and I remember the syncs taking 10 - 15 min tops, sometimes faster.
I will appreciate your insight.
Thanks
Nico
@TNology 2323bd westboroughk12 unfortunately I think this might be a separate issue for you. Ours ended up resolving when this issue was resolved - even though nobody really came out and said it was related… ours was doing this for 2 weeks before that issue was identified. We’ve not had any problems since then. We also do not have our Jamf instance on-prem. We use both Jamf School and Jamf Pro in the cloud.

Looking into this problem yesterday and going through logs, I decided to place our external JAMF instance in debug mode and the process requires a restart of Tomcat server. I did it right before the sync usually takes place and the sync completed in 5 minutes. I hope this could be helpful to someone out there. Thanks @jclark and @Kathryn Carter .
