Help with SIS Synergy specific field sync

I am looking for a way to pull out a specific field from our SIS integration with Synergy.

Our users sync with ADFS and we do sync with Synergy classes and other data, but I am looking for one specific field from Synergy called " Administrator Name: " How can I add that field to write to IIQ (only a 1 way sync is needed here to write that admin to IIQ)

I have put this in as a ticket as well just not gotten any answers if this is even possible.

Thank you for reaching out. Our SIS integrations are quite fixed and follow the One Roster standard, only syncing school IDs, user grade levels, and course rosters. Currently, we can't pull additional data like Administrator Name via SIS syncs.

Is there a chance the Administrator Name could be added as an attribute in ADFS? If so, we could potentially pull it from there.

Hi Ashley,

Thanks for letting me know this. I think we are able to pull it from ADFS and I have made a custom field to tie to it, so overnight it should sync with our test user and if it works we are onto what we might need.

Now I just need help to write a rule to choose to add that person as a follower so long as the data syncs tonight from AD.
