There is reference made to the Location Details being configurable.
But, we see no method to be able to add any more information.
We have a Location that has several areas. How should we provide that information to Parents to be able to find the LocknCharge? The email doesn’t provide any details.
Locate your LockNCharge tower in your Asset Explorer, custom view, or asset search.
Once you have the asset profile pulled up you can edit the asset information. Make sure you choose a location (building) the device is located and provide specific details for the location of the tower.
This information will be populated in the email notification received by the requestor.
