If you’re asking if iiQ is capable of using OneRoster API - yes, via one of the SIS Integrations they have built.
So if you use Infinite Campus, for example, you’ll install that integration and go through the setup. There are guides in the Knowledge Base here for all of the various SIS integrations that iiQ supports.
