Hello, 

 

We’re looking at streamlining our user account creation process as much as possible. We don’t have the HR platform as of yet, but we do have Ticketing. 

 

I was curious if anyone has an Identity and Access Management (IAM) product that they use in order to make this process work in any kind of automatic hook to incident IQ.  

 

Just looking for solutions or ideas as we look to get a new IAM product.

We use a product called Rapid Identity (company is called Identity Automation) to provision staff and student accounts in our district within AD, Azure and Google Workspace - iiQ has an integration you can use with it as well, or you can import users using their other integrations as long as your accounts have been provisioned there.

The knowledge base here is full of guides on the various options they integrate with that will provision your users within iiQ.

@BJessen 84351e6 tcss all of our IIQ users have accounts in Google Workspace. We sync those users to IIQ.
