We changed a name in our Active Directory users list to reflect a name change and see the changes on the Local AD/Cloud AD Azure/Intune but the username in IIQ is the original name before the change. 

We would prefer not to have to delete the user and remake to keep the ticket history.  

Tested sync in the IIQ apps and things appear to be working on that side.  This issue is preventing the user from logging in using the Azure SSO link.

My first thought, is do you have the “update user” enabled in your setting with Azure SSO?

I do see other areas permissions may be registered: 

Is this another path to configure the update permission? Seems this is all read only.  Or do I need to reconsider how I have my SSO setup?

This setting is within our iiQ platform. Navigate to the left nav and select Apps > Manage. Then find you Azure SSO app and select manage. This setting will be under the “User Mapping Tab.”
