I am trying to change it so users automatically select “Pending approval” and not “Approved”. Does anyone know how I could do this? It seems to be a field that is read only?

For clarification, what stage in the submission process is this happening? Is it to staff, external requestors, or your agents/admins? 


We noticed it with Agents/Admins for sure but when looking at it from a Staff view it will let them hit approved, which we don’t want. 


@Nathaniel Gidon Have you checked your permissions under Events? Do those users have the ability to adjust the status? Additionally, do you have that field as an option when they are submitting the ticket for the event?
