We’ve recently unveiled a new logo for our district, and I’ve noticed the old logo still hanging out in Incident IQ, how do I go about changing that?

Where on your site is the old logo? Have you reached out to your CSM yet?

I have not reached out to my CSM yet, I wasn’t aware that this was something I couldn’t do on my own. Our old logo is showing up in the satisfaction surveys that we send out to our users after resolving a ticket.
