As of this morning, our folks can no longer see custom fields as columns that they have added to custom views (all types). Anyone else experiencing this?
I am submitting a support ticket - just wanted to see if we’re siloed here.
Well crud, me too. I’ll put a ticket in as well. No custom fields in my views or available to add to those views.
Edit: hmm refreshed the page and they were back so maybe there’s some intermittent stuff going on. My “new ticket” webhook isn’t firing or is delayed, too.
Yeah this was happening all morning, but now people are saying the fields are showing back up.
I think it’s inconsistent.
This happened to me for a minute. I logged out and then logged back in. I don’t know if that fixed it, but its working again. IIQ is behaving strange today in other areas as well.

We are not able to use custom fields for rules anymore either, that will break most of my rules.
Custom fields aren’t showing up on actual asset details also for us
Data is there, but can’t add any custom data in the View Filters or Columns. Not Custom fields or any app fields. Opened a ticket as well.
I hope this gets fixed, I want to use Custom Fields in Asset filtered views, too. Not a choice from what I see.
