Hello,

 

We would like to use a custom domain for customer facing access. Can we create an alias CNAME  record in DNS to achieve this? Example:

https://yourschool.incidentiq.com is where people navigate to now to access the dashboard. Can we create an alias in our domain to allow https://tickets.yourschool.org to forward requests to our incident iq URL?
