Are there event details data points that can be included in the “Send email alert to user” as part of rules like there are for tickets? I’m trying to setup a rule to email our security admin if there are going to be more than 200 attendees at an event. However, to be useful, it has to include the event details such as event name, location, and date.

I was able to get all the event details within an email notification if it is set up under the Events rule engine.
You will need to add the filter to the Number of Attendees greater than 200 for this to only trigger when the number is above that threshold.
Finally, the trigger will be to email a specific user, which would be your security admin. Any additional information needed you can add here, such as setting the subject and additional information. Then, the event detail will show on the email.
