We export our technicians open tickets to excel and provide a print out to them. We would like to be able to set the columns to what we need on our reports. Currently, the preset options for the columns are Subject, Priority, Status, Requested For and Assigned To. Is it possible to change the presets? 

This is what we currently see.

@charcole Thank you for submitting your question. There is a way to adjust the columns. 

First, you will need to create a “New View”. This is where you will include all the filters to adjust the devices or tickets you are wanting to export. Next, hit columns next to Settings. You can search for other columns you want to export. 

Keep in mind, our program does not support exporting all columns but here is an idea for you to vote on to get all columns the ability to be exported.
