Good morning,

I am trying to export a file for assets that we have in district for auditors however I am running into an issue where it will only export 500 devices out of around 2400. Is there a way around this where I can get all the devices in one export?

@CKent 563a94a sheldonisd Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

Our team has already identified this issue and is currently working on it. I will let you know when I get an update on our internal ticket, but we are currently “in development” 😄

This is a big problem for us as well.  We do not have an archive of the reports.  Our processes are all stopped because of this.  Is there any way we can get a complete export while you are fixing this?

@jo.cpa Have you looked under the jobs tab? This tab will show a record of the exports and show the status of it.

Additionally, are you referring to exporting all columns? If so there is an idea for that: https://community.incidentiq.com/ideas/view%2Dexports%2Dinclude%2Dall%2Dcolumns%2D949

Thank you, Yes please keep me updated as I will need the complete export.

Unfortunately, the completed jobs page only has the CSV files showing 500 rows as well. I’ve been informed by the support teams in my tickets for all of our iiQ sites that the engineering team is working on this issue. However, this has been an issue since at least 10:30pm on 1/12 because our views that export to our SFTP server started exporting only 500 rows at that time, which is affecting a lot of our other data reports that feed off of these views.

@Kathryn Carter the Jobs suggestion doesn’t work for us.  We’re unable to get any data past the 500.
Do you have an ETA on a resolution?  Our principals would like us to make an announcement to the school with some sort of ETA for resolution.

I do not have an ETA for this item at this time. Thank you for your patience and your activity in our Community. 😄

@Kathryn Carter will you please escalate to get an ETA?

@jo.cpa Will do my best! 😄

Thank you!

Good morning, It looks like this has been fixed as I was able to export all the district assets to csv file. Thank you for your help.

@CKent 563a94a sheldonisd You took my thunder! Just kidding 😄 Our dev team sent out a fix last night, and this should be up and working now for you. If not, please submit a ticket to support. Thanks!

@Kathryn Carter you just beat me to posting.  I just tested the fix and it looks good to go.  Please let us know if you are continuing to see this issue.

Thank you for the quick fix!!!!
Checking our reports now.
