I do not see Forms as an option for Admin inside of IIQ. I Would like to add a permissions form for peopel to grant admin access to our SIS, however i have to add a category first, and i can’t even add a category.

Forms is a premium app within iiQ. I do not see that your district has purchased this app. Is this what you are referring too?
+4I believe so, we were hoping to have something set up for permission changes inside of our SIS, and want them to be able to submit this form that is sent over by the Principal etc.
