I like to use the Global Search as a Knowledge Base to see if there are resolutions related to a certain software or topic. When I do this, the tickets that come back are not listed with the most current on top. Is there a way to make this happen?

There is not; the tickets come in the order in which they match your inquiry best. Have you cleared out your cache recently? I know my search on iiQ/Community will bog up if I haven’t cleared that out recently.
I cleared cache and it’s much better. Please update if any modifications include being able to sort this by most current. Thanks.
