Looking for help. Trying to export the name of a specific type of device into a custom attribute in Google. For example, a student loans a charger in the media center so the media specialist assigns them a “loaner charger” from our assets. The assignment of that device triggers a field to be populated and sent over to Google as a custom attribute. Thoughts?

@AKramar 41778c5 wwrsd Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

You can map a custom field from iiQ into Google via the Google Devices app.

Additionally, you could map it as a model and then be added as an asset to Google and assign to the student.

@AKramar 41778c5 wwrsd I cannot jump on a call and walk you through this, but your CSM, @EWalker_iiQ can! I will reach out to him to set up a call with you! 😄

In the meantime, I would suggest checking out the Google Devices KB guide linked above to get started - Check out the General Settings Tab section to start.

You can also check out our Open Office Hours tomorrow to walk through this as well!
