How move software from Software > Education / Learning to Hosted Solutions > Learning Applications ?

All but three of my applications are in Hosted Solutions > Learning Applications.  Those three applications are Adobe and Autodesk products.  Not sure if it was an automatic setup.  Is there somewhere to turn off the read only option?  Or do I disable Hosted Solutions > Learning Applications and then create three new models?

@amac Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

You cannot alter the iiQ Global Catalog but rather should create your own models in the category you see best fit. I hope this helps!

Why is it like that?  Seems weird that it applied it to just these three software titles.

@amac Can you provide a screenshot of the apps under the hosted solutions category?

@amac Alright, go to Models, Adobe Products; once you click on it, you can edit the category they fall under!  I hope this helps!!

Might be a little confusing but the three apps in the first screen shot can not be changed as they are read only and can’t be moved from their group.  The second screen shot is a model I created and placed in the Learning Applications category.

@amac I misunderstood, I would reduce the visibility of those iiQ global categories and create your own. https://community.incidentiq.com/asset%2Dmanagement%2Dbasics%2D81/models%2Dtab%2D241

I understand providing Global categories and pre-built models to get districts up and going quickly but why make them read only or make so apps can’t be moved from one pre-built category to another. It could be read only by default but a super admin could unlock it, move it, then lock it again. Just wondering.
