Is there a way for the administrators to receive an email every time a sync/Audit run? We don't regularly check the jobs tab, and it would be more convenient to receive an email nightly.

This is a setting in Site Options. You can add multiple users to this setting to receive email notifications.
Follow-up question: I am unsure what you mean by Audit Run. Would you mind elaborating on this?
