Hello,

I am trying to upload and embed a video to a KB article. The video format in this case is a .mp4 recorded from a separate program from the built-in option.

When I embed the video, the saved article seems to ignore the CSS tags for width and height and makes it as big as possible. This is evident in both the article itself and the preview from the folder it lives in.

Any ideas? Screenshot attached with the video sizing issue in the article as well as a the HTML code on the right.

​@JTemarantz 20c404 volusia Alright, so I did some additional research, and it looks like the video will fill up as an attachment within the guide. I looked at various platforms for reference (including our Community), and it is similar. 

I will say, it will fill left to right, and then all additional information will be above or below the video. 😄
