Can anyone best describe how they set up permissions for Building administrators that are building specific?  It looks like a permission policy needs to be created for each building that is “building specific” for them to be able to oversee the tickets at their location? Just checking as this would create many policies for us.

I believe you would need to copy one of the existing roles, such as the agent and then tailor that role to limit to the building(s) you are allowing the building principal to see. Once completed, assign that role to the principal(s).

As @jbartruff suggested, you will need to go into “Permissions” under the “Administration” tab. You can set the amount on options they can access per location for tickets, assets, users and reports. For each location, you will have to set a new permission role in order to make sure they only have access to the information per that location.
