We use iiQ at a public school, and have an SLA set to respond to tickets within two working days. How do we set the calendar so our breaks days do not count as working days?

You should be able to add exclusion periods for SLA times by adding them to the Incident IQ Calendar, just make sure you select the Break or Holiday event type in the drop-down. To navigate to this area, you will want to go to “Dash” followed by “Calendars”.
