+1If it isn’t already available, I would like a way to take my custom view and sort it by “Location”, and then each location by “Submitted”, so when I go to a location, I can more conveniently see the oldest tickets first, instead of looking for them. Any help is greatly appreciated, and I apologize if this is a duplicate request.

You are able to add filters to your custom view. Status: submitted and Location: where you are looking
Then you can add a column (last updated date) and choose to be ascending or descending to have your tickets in order from the last one touched to the most recent being last.
If you are referring to being able to split up your custom view by location, you will have to create separate views per location. I hope this helps 😄
