I am working on setting up a student help desk agents in incidentIQ. They will be creating tickets on behalf of other students (and not staff). I would like for them to only be able to make tickets on behalf of users that have the role of ‘student’ in two of our locations. From what I can see, I can restrict their visibility to users by location but that includes staff as well. Is there any way to accomplish this?
