I am the IIQ Administrator for my district and whenever I try to email support I get this message “IncidentIQ: Email with subject '*********' could not be parsed.” I just do not understand.
That is interesting. Are you able to submit a ticket via the platform? Which email are you using to email our support team? Is it: support@incidentiq.com?
Silly question, how do I submit one via the platform?

To submit a ticket, you will go to the “Help” button on the top right portion of the dashboard. From there, scroll til you see the “Submit a support ticket” button.
Additionally, here is a reference for getting in touch with them. I have escalated the email portion of your problem but please submit a ticket for the issue you were emailing them about.
I went to help and scrolled down but did not see an option for submit a ticket. Here is what I see when i scroll down -
