Yes. IIQ is once again painfully slow and severely impacting our ability to service our teachers and students. It has been a frustrating school year with IIQ with the performance issues.
We have the same thing, pages not loading or painfully slow. We had the same thing on Tuesday of this week I have submitted a ticket on it also
No issues here.

Had a brief slowness 30ish minutes ago but our instance is currently fine.
If you are still experiencing slow performance, please submit a ticket to our support team.
