Staff can add followers during ticket creation but not after. They see the tab and can list the users but when selecting them, it says they don’t have permission. How do you grant this? I don’t see a permission for it anywhere. There is a “work ticket” permission that enables it but then they have too much permission. Their role is Agent and we might drop them to Staff later, besides the point, but either way it doesn’t seem to be possible to explicitly allow it unless I’m missing something.

@dansbyzachary Thanks so much for submitting your question to the iiQ Community. I took a look at your Staff permissions and you do have this set correctly. This permission should allow users to global search for or select users from a drop down list. We are currently investigating a defect with the ‘List’ permission. I’m going to recommend you submit an iiQ Support ticket so we can keep you updated with any information. 
 

In the meantime, you could (if you so choose) also grant the ‘View list and details’ permission to achieve your goal.
