How do I add a materials purchase from the hardware store to a ticket? Also, how would i attach a scanned copy of the receipt to that same ticket?

So you can add a custom field to your fields (not required) to have a section on a ticket for them to add their information.
Additionally, you are able to attach a file to the ticket via comment:
