Is there an easy way to add a form that I already have created in Word?

@Thad Thank you for submitting your question! 

As of right now, you can upload your forms into iiQ that are in PDF format. I am attaching the guide that will give you step by step how to upload them!

@smcelmurray_iiQ and @arosenbaum_iiQ are 2 of our onboarding specialists, do y’all have any suggestions?
