We are in the infancy stage of setting up Incident IQ tickets. I have some conditions set up, however I would like to add new conditions. Every time I attempt to add a new condition it links it to an already existing condition. I would like to create specific conditions for specific issues…

If that is the case, you will need to create your custom fields first.

Once you have the custom field created in the Field Definitions tab, move over to the Tickets tab to add that custom field and apply your conditions. Click add field with new conditions and it will prompt you to select the custom field first. While you can only select one custom field at a time, you can map multiple custom fields to multiple conditions.

Once the custom field is selected, then you can go in and add your conditions. Again, you can have multiple conditions attached to multiple custom fields.
