Hi, 

It seems to me when creating a sub-tickets via rules, the parent ticket's description should be at least an option to be included, as it adds valuable context to the sub ticket. Is this even possible? Thank you.  

i know you can navigate back and forth, but… the less clicks the better!


@Daniel P  - I totally agree with you, it would super helpful if the parents ticket description at least appeared in the sub ticket. Often times, t is a lot of back and forth to get the information.
