Hello, I have an Agent who is unable to print tickets. It is giving them this error StatusCode":401,"Message":"Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation. 

 

Is there a permission that needs to be enabled in order for them to print these tickets? I couldn’t find any in the permissions tab. I’m an IIQ Admin so I was able to print a ticket with no problem. I wasn’t able to see how to enable printing for the Agents.

That might not be an iiQ issue...I just got a similar error when clicking on a shortened link for amazon. Wasn’t trying to do any printing. Same link didn’t work in Microsoft Edge, either.

Could be a Chrome/Chromium issue. Have your agent try Firefox if possible.

@AMeyer Greendale Schools  Thank you, and I agree with you. I don't believe this is an issue with iiQ. Additionally, there is not a specific permission setting for printing. Users with the "work tickets" permission can select the print option in iiQ.

 

@moffittp If this issue persists after testing with different browsers, I will submit a support ticket for our team to investigate further.
