Im looking to create an automated report for our department admins that would show the daily tickets resolved by the agent as well as the tickets that are still in submitted status 

Good Morning ​@SGANESH 603b992 jcboe ! Thank you for submitting your question. I am not aware of a way to create ‘automated daily reports’. However, you could utilize the Custom Views and add the following filters: (with the correct agent of course)

This would show any tickets that are in the status of resolved or submitted by that specific Agent. This is considered a live report in means that it will update anything those filter criteria are met.

Hi ​@SGANESH 603b992 jcboe Thanks for submitting your question! As ​@Melissa_iiQ mentioned at this time we are unable to email or ‘automate’ reports. We can schedule a custom view for export via SFTP if that would be helpful for you. You can find information about that HERE.
