Is anyone else having issues with Changing the status of tickets by Bulk?

What is the issue exactly? When you update, do the tickets revert back to the previous status?

I have been as well and have a ticket in with the developers. It's hit and miss. Sometimes it works other times it leaves them in the queue even though the status is changed.


Page is unresponsive and it doesn’t resolve the bulk tickets after selecting. The page just spins at selecting even 3 tickets.

 Extremely slow and with 150 tickets for a big project that was completed -this is soo time consuming to click into each ticket.  It will not update the ticket status and the process says failed!

 


@Sherri H I added this to our internal ticket we have open for this. I will update you as I hear something.

I noticed when trying to delete some test tickets in bulk, I could not delete them if they were already in the “in Progress” stage - I didn’t get an error, just showed up as “skipped” on the results, with no explanation as to why... but if I changed their status to “Submitted” first I was able to delete them in bulk at that point.

 


@jclark Good point! This might be some correlation on the back end, and that issue is still being investigated. 😄
