Calendar Viewing


Hi, 

I thought I’d submit an easy question today, at least easy for the community maybe. I have two users have identical permissions in IIQ but one can view the calendar a their location and the other cannot

I can’t see any difference in any specific settings between the two. Their roles are the same. the only thing I’ve been able to come up with is for one user to clear their browser cache.  

Any ideas on why this may be happening?

@ABaker 813353e southcountry, I dove into your domain for a few minutes this afternoon, and I feel like I was able to find the user in question and what the possible problem could be. If you would like to connect in private messages about specifics to make sure I was on the right track, but I believe that user’s default product is set to Facilities and not Ticketing like the other users. If I login as said user, and change the product to ticketing all of the views and permissions look the same. I would be happy to change his default for you, or send you a recording of how to do so in the future. I would hear back to know if this ends up solving your, (their) issue!

It turned out to be user error. Viewing those calendars depends on whether they have selected ‘Ticketing’, Facilities’, or ‘events’ in IIQ.
